Where can I download my invoices?

We use Stripe for billing and subscription management. The account owner can access the Stripe customer portal to manage the subscription (upgrade, downgrade, cancel), change billing details and cards on file and download past invoices.

In the Account settings screen, click on the Account tab. 

If you are the owner of the account, this tab will show the button to open the Stripe customer portal.

If you are not the owner of the account, but a user with a different role (administrator, manager or moderator) you will not see this button or even the entire Account tab will be hidden.

Would you like to add CC emails that will also receive billing notifications? That's not something that can be done through the Stripe customer portal, but a manual action inside Stripe that we can perform for you on request.
