When to unhide comments on Instagram?
As a business owner or marketer managing your Instagram presence, there are several strategic moments when unhiding a comment makes sense. If you have successfully resolved a customer issue that was mentioned in a hidden comment, making it visible again shows your responsiveness and commitment to customer service.
Similarly, previously hidden comments might contain valuable feedback that, upon reflection, could benefit your brand by demonstrating transparency.
Sometimes you might discover you’ve accidentally hidden a positive comment during bulk moderation. Unhiding these supportive messages helps build your community.
Additionally, unhiding a question allows you to respond publicly, which can be beneficial when multiple followers might have the same inquiry. This approach saves time and shows attentiveness to your audience’s needs. Your own Instagram comment history is a different screen from hidden comments on one post.
