Our pricing tiers are based on a max. number of comments/mo, everything else is unlimited. A comment in this case means every comment you receive on your posts or ads. We process every comment and then moderate it, reply to it or leave it untouched depending on your settings. Regardless of your settings every comment is processed, which is why our pricing is based on this number. Note that incoming DM's are unlimited, they don't count towards your monthly comment limit.

Yes, you can try CommentGuard for free. During the free 7-day trial you'll have full access to the software so you can see if you like it or not. No credit card information is required to sign up.

Yes, you can choose between monthly or annual billing (get 2 months free).

You free trial will expire and CommentGuard will stop moderating your comments and sending replies. The free trial doesn't require any credit card details so you won't be charged when the trial expires.

We only accept credit card payments, via Stripe.

When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle, with the full new rate taking effect in your next billing period. When downgrading, your current plan remains active until the end of your billing cycle, after which the lower-priced plan takes effect.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through our Stripe self-serve customer portal. Your subscription will stop at the end of the billing period in which you cancel your account.

Yes, through our billing portal you can upgrade to a plan with 100K ($399/mo), 150K ($599/mo), 200K ($799), 250K ($999), 300K ($1,199/mo), 350K ($1,399/mo), 400K ($1,599/mo), 450K ($1,799/mo) or 500K comments ($1,999) going up to 500K comments/mo. If you need a higher comment limit, we can create a custom plan for you as well. We don't offer plans with "unlimited" comments included.

We'll warn you when you're at 90% of your allowed usage (in-app and via email). This will give you enough time to upgrade to a higher plan and avoid service interruption.
